Maternity: Parle Hospital caters to normal and abnormal antenatal cases and has got facilities to deliver them for normal as well as operative deliveries. It also specializes in patients with a bad obstetrics history where special attention and treatment is given to achieve good results.

Gynaec: Parle Hospital undertakes routine consultations and minor as well as major surgeries related to the field of Gynaecology. Laparoscopic diagnosis and surgery is also undertaken.

Infertility Clinic: Parle Hospital caters to the needs of primary and secondary infertility and even patients with history of repeated abortions are treated with a good rate of success. Male patients with infertility problems are also treated.

Genetic Center: One of the most rapidly expanding areas of medical knowledge is that of the diagnosis of genetic diseases. To date over 3500 diseases are known to be due to defective genes and the biochemical basis for about 350 is known. Parle Hospital has a genetic center, which is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. It undertakes Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) between 10 to 12 weeks of gestation and Amniocentesis between 14 to 20 weeks of gestation. These tissues are sent for chromosomal and genetic analysis.

Pathological Laboratory: Parle Hospital undertakes routine pathological tests and recently has tied up with Raptakoss Brett Diagnostic Laboratories, an ISO 9002 certified pathological laboratory, where pathological samples are collected and sent for analysis.

Premature Baby Unit: Parle Hospital has a fully equipped pediatric unit with baby incubators and photo therapy units.

Sonography: Parle Hospital has established a Sonography department where basic routine Sonography for Obstetrics and Gynaec patients are carried out. The doctors at the hospital have undertaken specialized training for the same.

Telemedicine: With the advent of Information Technology, Parle Hospital in November 2000, became a franchisee of Telemedicine Technologies Center (TTC) and established a telemedicine department. Telemedicine has been defined as the use of telecommunications to provide medical information and services like second opinions and consultations from health care professionals anywhere in the world.

In this technology, patient’s records like ECG, X-Rays, CT Scans, Sonography, etc. are digitized and transmitted across the network to other telemedicine centers around the globe to procure a second opinion, thereby cutting distances and time.

Healthy Life Style Clinic: Recently Parle Hospital has started a Healthy Life Style Clinic which gives emphasis on healthy, natural food therapy, mental relaxation and light exercises based on the principles of Dean Ornish. This has helped many cardiac, cancer and neurological patients for speedy recovery. This is based on the principle that a tissue can regenerate at any age provided a good healthy diet along with light exercises and mental relaxation is incorporated in the patient’s daily routine.
