After completing their post-graduate studies in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in India, they continued further studies in UK and become privileged Members of the Royal College of the Obstetricians and Gynaecologists from London University. The two enthusiastic gynaecs then came back to India and set up Parle Hospital in the heart of Mumbai city. Since the beginning, they have endeavoured to offer total gynaec, maternity and medical services for the new-born with unparalleled expertise and sincerity.

With modernization in health care technology, newer methods of investigations and diagnosis saw an important place in patient care which were imbibed by Parle Hospital, thus keeping pace with the revolution in the world of medicine. 

In 1969, to expand their field of activity, Namrata Nursing Home was established in the western suburb of Andheri. This facilitated the patients to avail of the various medical services offered by them nearer to their residence.

For offering total health care services related to their field, auxiliary facilities of modern pathological laboratory, Sonography department, genetic center and premature baby unit were introduced. All these facilities were brought under one roof. For this purpose, a private limited company was formed by the name of Sukrut Clinic Pvt. Ltd.  

Thus, a small gynaec hospital established in 1964 grew by leaps and bounds with the passage of time and now it has become one of the most sought after medical care center in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
